Shipping policy

We offer FREE Standard Shipping.

If you paid for the Insured Shipping:
The Insured Shipping will cover your product if it is lost/damaged or stolen DURING SHIPPING only. If you receive your product and it is damaged, you must contact us the day it is delivered with pictures.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Please allow up to 4 to 16 days for delivery depending upon product demand and destination.

For orders outside of the United States, please allow up to 12-21 days for delivery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). StyleLuxe Co. allows you to receive shipment transit information via email or through the “Arrive” app which is available on the Apple App Store.
